Looks like somebody's done a good job at capturing the Morton Salt building in HO scale:

And they took legal action against him?!?!?!
That is odd...

I had seen this a while ago but forgot to post a link.  This guy constantly changes his layout if you run through the pages. Different eras, locations, etc. I couldn't see putting in all the time building things only to remove them all and start again.  Interesting to see all the variations he's created though.

Doesn't look like they actually took any action against him, just an extreme overabundance of caution on his part it looks like.

I did the Morton Salt some years ago and I did never get any trouble for using their trademark.
The German law makes it very easy for any lawyer to send you in the name of Morton Salt a final written warning, request a cease and desist letter and collect a fee depending on the possible damage. It is a dirty game played by German lawyers with passion. That is the background for my over caution.
Anyhow, your observation of my frequent changing layout is right. I am currently inspired by the Flickr group "Chicagoswitching: Former Milwaukee Road" and dress my freelance layout somewhat like 1986.
